Dysmotility occurs when the  (gastrointestinal) GI tract is unable to push food through the digestive system properly. So, Domperidone works on the upper digestive tract to improve the movement of the stomach and intestines, which will easily allow the food to move through the stomach. 

On the other hand, the second medicine Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
